The DSS Grants Service Directory includes details of new grants established from 1 March 2015. Only organisations that provide service delivery and have an active agreement that commenced on or after 1 March 2015 will be included in search results.
You can search the directory by program name, state/territory, region or postcode, or a combination of these. Once your search criteria is selected, select Go.
Search results will include organisations operating within selected region/s, as well as those providing broader service delivery (e.g. nationally, or across a state or territory). This gives a sense of accessibility of services operating within general regions but does not represent the individual funding arrangements of each organisation which in some cases may limit services to a specific client group or location.
Organisations operating across multiple regions will return a search result for each of their service regions. For example, organisations delivering a national service will return a result for every region; similarly, organisations operating across an entire State will appear within any search result for that State.

The directory is a real-time resource that is updated weekly, and includes service coverage information for new services as grants and funding commences. Every week, the department will automatically include the details of any new agreements activated in the past seven days, as well as any updates to existing information in the directory.
